Guest table



I cook twice a week at most, including Tuesday evenings when most restaurants in the area are closed. 

The meals served consist of small local dishes or recipes from family cooking.
From 4 people, it is possible to order a “homemade” tarts flambée meal.

These are cooked in an authentic wood-fired oven. All food comes from local suppliers and producers. The eggs, milk and butter are organic. All the dishes are “home cooked” from fresh produce. The chickens are free-range, raised in the open air, the meats only come from good artisanal butchers in the region, or they are organic. 

The Alsace and Côte du Rhône wines served at the table are also organic, carefully selected for their flavor. The beers are from Meteor, the last historic and independent brewery in Alsace. 

The water is still from the Celtic spring, which made Niederbronn-les-Bains famous. A 1/4 of wine is offered with each meal. 

For all these reasons, it is almost impossible for me to improvise a meal at the last minute! 

Please let us know before noon at the latest if you wish to have dinner in the evening (the day before is even better!).
Between 20 and 30 € the meal per person (with 1/4 wine or 1 beer included).


Why two guest tables per week?

Receiving my guests in good conditions is a priority. Even though it only has two bedrooms, my Renardière is a large house that requires a lot of attention and care. Receiving guests for dinner is both a pleasure and extra work, which requires the purchase of fresh, local produce. I limit this to 2 evenings per week, so as not to erode the pleasure I have in sharing a friendly and personal moment with my hosts.
