DISCOVERY OF BIRDS
Ornithological outing
The ornithologist, Charles Helbling, coordinator of the LPO (Lique de Protection des Oiseaux) group in Wissembourg, will accompany you on a “bird discovery” outing from our region.
Depending on the time of year, it will be towards the ponds and peat bogs of the Vosges of the North, or sites known to harbor certain species.
Binoculars and spotting scopes are provided, but you can use your own, of course. The times of the outing will be determined with Charles according to your wishes, the weather, and the interests of the moment.
If the time of the year does not allow the picnic, I offer a cold meal at noon at home as a replacement.

The stay pack
The pack includes:
• 1 dinner including an APERITIF followed by a MEAL – regional menu (local / organic products) with TASTING OF ALSACE WINES (organic and / or biodynamic)
• 1 ORNITHOLOGICAL EXIT (binoculars and spotting goggles provided) the outing times will be determined with Charles according to the weather and your wishes.
• 1 LUNCH BASKET for the picnic
• 1 VISIT OF THE REICHSHOFFEN IRON MUSEUM – If it is closed, or if you wish, we give you a route of heritage discoveries in the city and / or its surroundings, as you wish.
